Welcome to the Arizona Voice for Crime Victims website. We have included on this site information for crime victims, lawyers and law students, people working in the field of victims' rights and the general public. Court rules Arizona victims' rights case law boiler plate legal forms and the proposed US Constitutional Amendment regarding victims' rights. The Crime Victims Legal Assistance Project is a collaborative effort with between Arizona Voice for Crime Victims and the ASU College of Law.  The goal of this program is to provide crime victims with legal representation during criminal trials to ensure that crime victims can exercise their Arizona Constitutional rights. The Judicial Accountability Section included information about judicial models, links to Az. Court websites and other information. The Library Section has information for people working in the field of victims' rights and includes information on crisis intervention, school safety and Arizona News, which has archive issues of the Victims' Rights Briefs published by the Arizona Attorney Generals Office of Victim Services. We wish to thank the Arizona Attorney General's Office, Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, Arizona Coalition for Victim Services and many others who provided information and materials for this site.
